Standard Booking Terms

All bookings are taken with a deposit to cover the following:

No show for reservation
The full cost of the stay will be charged

Cancellation within 2 days of arrival
Loss of deposit

Cancellation outside 2 days
Deposit is returned less £5 admin charge

No Smoking

We are strictly a no smoking guest house. Should we find any guests have smoked in their rooms we will ask them to leave and we wil charge a £50 deep cleaning fee.

Damage

All damage caused to the rooms must be paid for and we reserve the right to charge any card given as security.
